Using the Iphone for the first time. I am not editing these videos or going back to make changes. You get me raw and uncut (lucky you). Should have used landscape.  Lesson learned.

Also I used an app called almost DSLR to film this. Still learning how to use it, but like it thus far.

Recently a new cafe opened up in my hood so I thought I would see what all the buzz was about. The truth is I had been given a heads up by friends that Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe was a hit. Their plant based menu is right up my alley, so I was jazzed about trying it out. What I didn’t expect was this sign when I first entered the West Seattle location.

Although the term “sustainability” is up there with “going green” as a term that is over used and under practiced, there are a few companies that are practicing sustainability in all facets of their business. I have found one of them. I am channeling my inner beat reporter to give you the story of this really cool and sustainable business.
